Step 3: Confirm Targets
Go to the FB Groups tab in this dashboard. Review the list Kyoji collected and click "Confirm" on the ones you want to engage with. -
Step 4: Generate Content (Ryujin)
Go to the Posts tab. Use the Ryujin Content Factory (AI) to draft high-value posts tailored to your audience. No writer's block allowed. -
Step 5: Execute (Kenta)
Schedule your posts. Kenta (The Poster) will wake up at the scheduled time, open the browser, and post for you-just like a human would.

UFBC is built to protect your Facebook account. So UFBC behaves like a careful human. Careful means slower than you expect sometimes.
Most of the time, nothing is "broken". UFBC is waiting, spacing, or stopping to keep you safe.
If you follow this page in order, you will solve most issues fast.
HOW TO USE THIS HELP PAGE
Do this order when something feels wrong:
- Open Queue
- Look at "Next post time"
- Check Kenta is running
- Check Facebook is still logged in
- Then check Logs if something failed
If Queue says the next post is later, the best move is simply to wait. Waiting is part of the system.

Good searches: pending, not posting, failed, kenta offline, login expired,
checkpoint, slow, discount, paid but locked, group paused
QUICK ANSWERS (MOST COMMON)
1) "My post is not publishing"
Usually: The post is waiting its turn.
Do this: Open Queue. Check "Next post time". If the time is in the future, you're good. Come back later.
2) "Kenta is offline"
Usually: Kenta is closed or not started.
Do this: Open Kenta. Press Start. Make sure Facebook opens. Keep Kenta open.
3) "It's slow"
Usually: UFBC is protecting you from bans.
Do this: Let it run for a day. If you want a little faster, move to Normal speed. Avoid jumping to the fastest mode.
4) "It failed"
Usually: Facebook logged out, or the group blocked something.
Do this: Open Logs. Open the newest failed entry. Read the reason. Use the matching fix below.
THE FRIENDLY RULES (THE ONES THAT KEEP YOU SAFE)
- Rule 1: UFBC does not post instantly. It posts later on purpose.
- Rule 2: UFBC posts one by one. This looks human. It protects your account.
- Rule 3: UFBC respects Facebook limits. If Facebook says stop, UFBC stops.
- Rule 4: UFBC does not auto add CTA. You control CTA so your posts do not look repetitive.
- Rule 5: Waiting is a real step. If Queue says later, later is correct.
FAQ CATEGORY A - POSTING DID NOT HAPPEN
A1) "I generated content and nothing posted"
Try this: 1) Open Posts. 2) Make sure your post is Approved. 3) Open Groups. 4) Make sure you have at least 1 confirmed group. 5) Open Queue. 6) Look at the next post time.
A2) "My post is pending"
Try this: 1) Open Queue. 2) Check the next post time. 3) If it's in the future, you're fine. Let it run. 4) If the time passed a long time ago, restart Kenta.
A3) "It says posted but I can't see it"
Try this: 1) Open the Facebook group. 2) Look for "Pending posts" if the group has it. 3) Check the group rules about links. 4) If the group is strict, try text-only posts.
A4) "Some groups post fine, others don't"
Try this: 1) For strict groups, avoid links in the main post. 2) Use value posts. 3) Add CTA as a comment only if the group allows it.
FAQ CATEGORY B - POST FAILED
B1) "It says failed"
Try this: 1) Open Logs. 2) Open the last failed item. 3) Find the reason. 4) Use the matching fix below.
B2) Reason: "Login expired" or "Session expired"
Fix: 1) Open Kenta. 2) Open Facebook inside Kenta. 3) Login again. 4) Restart Kenta. 5) Retry once.
B3) Reason: "Checkpoint" or "Suspicious activity"
Fix: 1) Open Facebook inside Kenta. 2) Complete the checkpoint. 3) Switch speed to Safe for 48 hours. 4) Avoid link posts for 48 hours.
B4) Reason: "Rate limit"
Fix: 1) Stop posting for now. 2) Wait at least 24 hours. 3) Resume slower.
FAQ CATEGORY C - KENTA ISSUES
C1) "Kenta not detected"
Try this: 1) Open Kenta. 2) Confirm the project is correct. 3) Press Start. 4) Keep it open.
C2) "Kenta is running but nothing happens"
Try this: 1) Open Queue. 2) If next post time is later, you're fine. Wait. 3) If next post time is now and nothing happens, login again in Kenta.
FAQ CATEGORY D - QUEUE AND SPEED
D1) "Queue is empty"
Try this: 1) Approve at least 1 post. 2) Confirm at least 1 group. 3) Check Queue again.
FAQ CATEGORY E - GROUPS AND SCRAPING
E1) "My group list is incomplete"
Try this: 1) Open your joined groups list. 2) Press Page Down. 3) Wait 2 seconds. 4) Press Page Down again. 5) Repeat until you reach the bottom. 6) Then scrape.
FAQ CATEGORY G - BILLING, UPGRADE, DISCOUNT
G1) "I paid but features are still locked"
Try this: 1) Logout from UFBC. 2) Login again. 3) Refresh. 4) Wait 2 minutes. 5) If still locked, report it with payment screenshot.

- Download: Get Kenta Desktop for posting, Kyoji Scraper for adding groups.
- Get Your Bot Key: Go to your Profile Page. Copy the Bot Key (`ufbc...`).
- Configure: Paste Project ID & Bot Key in the app settings.
- Collect Groups: Use Kyoji Scraper on Facebook "Joined Groups" page to sync groups.
- Start Posting: Open Kenta Desktop and click "Start". Status will turn ONLINE.

HOW TO SAVE LOGIN SESSIONS
- Click Open Browser on a platform card.
- Login to your account in the new browser tab.
- Close the login tab but leave the browser window OPEN (keep the empty tab).
- Repeat for all platforms. Cookies are saved as long as the main browser window remains open.
