Description of Service

UFBC provides automation tools for content generation, scheduling, and posting to online platforms, including but not limited to Facebook Groups. Features depend on the subscribed plan: Free, Pro, or Ultimate.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for compliance with local laws and platform rules.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Sharing accounts or bypassing tier limits is forbidden.

Subscription and Billing

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds follow our Refund Policy and Stripe refund policy.
• Plan limits are enforced strictly by system logic.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate platform terms of Facebook or other services
• Run spam, scams, or deceptive campaigns
• Reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the system
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or safety controls

Automation Disclaimer

UFBC provides tools only. You are fully responsible for how automation is used and any resulting account actions, bans, or losses.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and system logic belong to UFBC. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service.

Service Availability

Service uptime is not guaranteed. Features may change, pause, or be discontinued without notice.

Limitation of Liability

UFBC is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses, account bans, revenue loss, or data loss.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations without refund.

These terms are governed by applicable laws where UFBC operates.

Penerimaan Terma

Kelayakan

Pengguna mesti berumur sekurang-kurangnya 18 tahun dan mematuhi undang-undang tempatan serta peraturan platform.

Akaun Pengguna

• Maklumat mestilah tepat
• Pengguna bertanggungjawab atas semua aktiviti akaun
• Perkongsian akaun atau manipulasi had adalah dilarang

Langganan dan Pembayaran

• Pembayaran dikendalikan oleh Stripe
• Langganan diperbaharui secara automatik
• Polisi bayaran balik mengikut Stripe
• Had penggunaan dikuatkuasakan secara sistem

Penggunaan Dibenarkan

Dilarang:

• Melanggar polisi platform
• Menjalankan spam atau penipuan
• Menjual semula atau menyalahgunakan sistem
• Memintas kawalan keselamatan

Penafian Automasi

UFBC hanya menyediakan alat. Risiko penggunaan dan tindakan platform adalah tanggungjawab pengguna.

Harta Intelek

Semua perisian dan jenama adalah milik UFBC. Lesen penggunaan adalah terhad dan tidak boleh dipindah.

Ketersediaan Perkhidmatan

Perkhidmatan tidak dijamin sentiasa tersedia. Ciri boleh diubah tanpa notis.

Had Liabiliti

UFBC tidak bertanggungjawab ke atas kerugian tidak langsung, sekatan akaun, atau kehilangan data.

Penamatan

Akaun boleh digantung atau ditamatkan jika melanggar terma.

Undang-undang

Terma ini tertakluk kepada undang-undang yang berkaitan.
